Build the Future of Health Intelligence
We're a health intelligence startup founded by repeat entrepreneurs with prior exits. We're well-funded and building a Health OS platform — a personal health intelligence layer that helps people understand and act on their longevity data.
Growth Operations Intern
NewThe Opportunity
We are an early-stage startup. You'll be on the front lines of building operational excellence from the ground up. You'll work across customer experience, coordinate with medical professionals, build processes that scale, and contribute directly to product growth decisions.
The Mission
Own customer onboarding and success
- Guide new Health Users through the complete onboarding journey — account setup, data submission, health assessments, and platform navigation
- Communicate with customers across WhatsApp, email, and in-app channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve queries, escalate complex issues, and ensure every user feels supported
Collaborate cross-functionally
- Work with product, medical, and leadership teams on operational initiatives
- Translate user feedback into product insights that improve the platform experience
Build and document processes
- Create SOPs for onboarding, support, clinical coordination, events, and communications
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements that scale
- Schedule and coordinate consultations between Health Users and our network of specialists
- Maintain operational dashboards, KPI trackers, and progress logs
Drive user education and engagement
- Plan and execute health education workshops, webinars, and community sessions
- Manage event logistics, communication, and post-event follow-ups
- Support creation of educational content and materials for marketing and growth
Who You Are
- Operationally excellent. You thrive in structured environments but know how to build structure where none exists.
- Customer-obsessed. You understand that every user interaction shapes trust.
- Detail oriented. You don't just follow processes — you improve them systematically.
- Strong communicator. You write clearly, speak confidently, and tailor your message to different audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Priorities shift in a startup. You adapt and reprioritise quickly.
- Motivated by impact. You want to contribute to something that genuinely improves people's lives.
AI Product Engineer
The Opportunity
Work directly with the Founders to turn a functional prototype into a secure, scalable Health OS. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives on complex challenges involving AI engineering, backend systems, and health data pipelines.
The Mission
- Connect the Pipes: Build backend integrations and APIs to ingest passive health data (Apple Health, Oura, Google Fit) and feed it into our AI context engine.
- Backend Logic: Design and implement core business logic (Python/Go) powering family health dashboards and daily planning engine. ~90% backend engineering.
- AI Engineering: Implement LLM chains, structured outputs, and regression tests. Ensure stochastic models behave deterministically in a medical context.
- High Velocity: Utilize modern AI-native coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to ship features rapidly and efficiently.
Who You Are
- Backend Native: Fluent in Python (mandatory) with experience in Go or Node. Strong API design, database, and data processing skills.
- AI-Curious or AI-Experienced: You've worked with LLM APIs, built wrappers, or used RAG. Eager to master this domain.
- Product-Minded: You care about end-user experience and understand how backend decisions impact the final product.
