These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fyxlife's products and services — including our websites, mobile apps, AI companion accessible through messaging and chat platforms, human-led consultations and onboarding sessions, connections to qualified professionals (such as doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, and other wellness providers), marketplace offerings, and any other products or services we may offer from time to time (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Maverigs.ai Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore. These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes may be resolved in the courts of Singapore, where permitted.

2. Who Can Use Fyxlife

Fyxlife is intended for:

  • Adults aged 21 and above
  • Residents of Singapore and select Asia-Pacific countries

Fyxlife is currently not offered to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States. If you are in one of those regions, please do not use the Services until we formally expand there.

Fyxlife is not intended for individuals requiring continuous medical supervision or for managing urgent, unstable, or critical medical conditions.

Fyxlife does not provide emergency or crisis services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Nature of the Services

Fyxlife provides:

  • Adaptive lifestyle and health guidance via AI-powered conversation
  • Personalized insights from your health, lifestyle, and wearable data
  • Review of sample outputs for accuracy and safety by licensed health and wellness professionals, under professional confidentiality (not a doctor-patient relationship unless clearly stated at the point of interaction)
  • Optional human-led consultations, onboarding sessions, and connections to qualified professionals (where offered)
  • Optional marketplace offerings (where available)

Fyxlife does not:

  • Provide medical diagnosis
  • Provide treatment or prescriptions
  • Replace your existing healthcare providers
  • Guarantee health outcomes
  • Monitor emergencies or critical changes

You remain responsible for choices about your health.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not interfere with, misuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Services
  • Maintain security of the accounts and devices you use to access the Services, including any chat platform accounts

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Fyxlife Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, stored, and used.

6. Communication Channels

Fyxlife delivers guidance through our websites, mobile apps, and supported messaging and chat platforms. Some capabilities may be available only on certain channels. Your carrier or chat-platform provider may charge messaging or data fees.

7. Intellectual Property

Fyxlife owns all rights to the Services, including:

  • Software
  • AI-driven logic
  • Content and materials

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Services.

8. Service Changes and Availability

Fyxlife may modify or discontinue features to improve performance, address issues, or maintain security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Fyxlife does not warrant any specific health outcome.
  • Fyxlife is not liable for decisions you make based on the Services.
  • Fyxlife is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Health Data Safety

  • Fyxlife processes sensitive health information solely to provide the Services described.
  • Medical reports, wearable data, and conversation content are handled with strict access controls.
  • Review by licensed health and wellness professionals does not constitute clinical diagnosis or a doctor-patient relationship unless clearly stated at the point of interaction.
  • Fyxlife does not monitor emergency conditions or provide real-time clinical supervision.
  • You must seek professional medical care for symptoms, concerns, or emergencies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Fyxlife may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons

Where practical, Fyxlife will provide notice before termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any change.

Minor changes (clarifications, structural improvements, typos) take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

Material changes — such as changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — will be notified to you in advance by email, in-app notice, or a message on one of our chat platforms, with a reasonable opportunity to review before they take effect.
