Fyxlife gives you Fiya: a personal health manager who lives in WhatsApp. She holds your reports, your wearable data and everything you tell her, and uses it to keep your health moving in the right direction. Real doctors stand behind what she works from.

Who is Fiya?

Fiya is the AI health manager you talk to. She is not a chatbot you have to prompt: she already knows your history, notices what you are quietly skipping, and comes to you rather than waiting to be asked.

Is this a medical service?

No. Fiya does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or handle emergencies. She helps you understand your everyday health, improve it, and get to the right care when you need it. She never replaces your doctor.

Do I need to be unwell, or very into health?

Neither. Fyxlife is for people who care about their health but will not make it a second job. Wherever you are starting from, the work is the same: a little healthier, every day.

How is this different from asking a general AI assistant?

A general assistant waits for you to ask and forgets you between chats. It also cannot see you, because your health data is not anywhere it can reach, and nobody validates what it tells you.

Because you are already there. Health advice you have to open a separate app to receive is health advice you will stop receiving by week three. A photo of your lunch or a ten second voice note is enough.

What does the mobile app do?

WhatsApp is where you talk to Fiya day to day. The app is where you look back: trends, summaries, progress over months. Two different jobs, so we do not duplicate them.

How does Fiya get to know me?

It starts with a short set of questions about your goals, your background and what is going on with your health. That becomes your profile, and it keeps building from there through ordinary conversation. She asks a little at a time rather than everything at once.

What will she ask me about?

Things that change what she can tell you: how you slept, what you ate, what your last blood test said, what you are finding hard. If she already knows something, she will not ask again.

What can I share?

Blood tests and medical reports, wearable data from Apple Health or Android Health, and whatever you say to Fiya in WhatsApp or the app. All of it is your choice. Sharing less means she can do less, and that is a fair trade to make.

How are wearables used?

If you connect one, Fiya reads sleep, activity and related signals to see how you are actually trending, rather than how you felt on the day you were asked.

Where is my data stored?

On secure cloud infrastructure in Singapore, encrypted in transit and at rest. If you are outside Singapore, that means your data is held there rather than in your own country, which is covered in the privacy policy for your region.

How long do you keep it?

About a year, unless the law requires longer or we need it to resolve something still open. You can ask us to delete it before that at any time.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell or rent your personal or health data, and your conversations are never used to train anyone's AI models. Data goes to essential service providers only, such as cloud hosting and WhatsApp message delivery, or where the law requires it.

Are real doctors involved?

Yes. Licensed medical and wellness professionals review samples of what the system produces, checking it for accuracy and safety, bound by professional confidentiality. They are not providing you with direct medical advice through the platform, and they are not watching your account in real time.

Does Fiya watch for emergencies?

No, and this matters. Fyxlife does not monitor for emergencies or provide crisis support. If something feels wrong, or you have symptoms that worry you, get medical help immediately rather than messaging Fiya.

Can I leave and take my data with me?

Yes. Stop whenever you like. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by mailing support@fyxlife.com or using the account deletion page.

Where is Fyxlife available?

We are based in Singapore and opening market by market rather than everywhere at once, so that the legal and clinical side is right in each one. Founding members get in first.
