Fyxlife ("Fyxlife", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Maverigs.ai Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use any of our products and services — including our websites, mobile apps, AI companion accessible through messaging and chat platforms, human-led consultations and onboarding sessions, connections to qualified professionals (such as doctors, nutritionists, fitness experts, and other wellness providers), marketplace offerings, and any other products or services we may offer from time to time (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy under Singapore law.

1. Who Fyxlife Is For

Fyxlife is designed for adults aged 21 and above. The Services support proactive health and lifestyle improvement. They are not intended for individuals requiring continuous medical supervision or emergency care. We do not provide crisis or emergency services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

Fyxlife does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace medical care. For any medical decision, please consult a qualified doctor. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (995 in Singapore, 102 in India).

2. Information We Collect

Fyxlife collects the following categories of information when you use the Services:

2.1 Personal identification information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number used to reach you on chat platforms or in our apps

2.2 Health and related information

Provided directly by you through questionnaires or uploads, including:

  • Biomarkers
  • Medical reports you submit
  • Lab values
  • Medical history, conditions, medications
  • Lifestyle patterns and personal goals

2.3 Wearable and device data

When you connect Apple Health or Google Fit:

  • Sleep metrics
  • Heart rate
  • Activity levels
  • Physiological indicators

Collected periodically and stored securely.

2.4 Conversation and session content

  • Messages you exchange with us on messaging and chat platforms
  • Messages sent within our apps or websites
  • Notes or summaries from human-led consultations and onboarding sessions
  • Photos, documents, or files you upload (for example, lab reports, menus, images)

Conversations and session content are stored and may be compressed or summarized to support ongoing personalized coaching.

2.5 Usage and technical information

  • Basic device logs
  • App interaction patterns
  • System-generated event logs

3. How We Use Information

Fyxlife uses your information to:

  • Provide personalized and adaptive health guidance through our apps, websites, and supported chat platforms.
  • Identify patterns and trends in your health data over time and present insights.
  • Generate summaries such as biological age or trend evaluations.
  • Enable review and validation by licensed health and wellness professionals (see Section 4.2).
  • Deliver consultations, sessions, and connections to professionals you request.
  • Maintain and improve the safety, integrity, and performance of the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. How We Share Information

Fyxlife may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service providers

We work with established third-party providers to operate the Services, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure and data storage providers.
  • Messaging, chat, and communication providers that deliver messages across the platforms we support.
  • AI language model providers that generate Fiya's responses. We configure these providers to not retain your conversation content and to not use your conversations to train their models.
  • Form, analytics, payment, and operational tooling providers that support onboarding, commerce, and day-to-day operations.

Each provider processes your data only to deliver the Services, under contractual or equivalent data-handling commitments. Some providers may be located outside Singapore; where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we apply contractual or equivalent protections so that your data receives a standard of care comparable to that required by Singapore law.

4.2 Health and wellness professionals

We may engage licensed health and wellness professionals — which can include medical advisors, doctors, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and similar qualified experts, licensed in Singapore or in other jurisdictions — to periodically review sample outputs for accuracy and safety, or to deliver consultations and sessions you request. These professionals may see identifying information necessary to do their work. They are bound by professional confidentiality obligations and by confidentiality agreements with Fyxlife, and access only what is needed for the task at hand. Access is logged. Unless clearly stated at the point of the interaction, their review does not form a doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship with you.

4.3 Fyxlife personnel

All Fyxlife employees, contractors, and advisors are bound by written confidentiality obligations. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to operate the Services, and is logged.

4.4 Legal requirements

We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process.

4.5 No sale of data

Fyxlife does not sell or rent user information under any circumstances.

5. Data Storage, Location, and Retention

  • Personal data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, primarily located in Singapore.
  • Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we apply contractual or equivalent safeguards so that your data receives a standard of care comparable to that required by Singapore law.
  • Active account data (conversations, health logs, profile) is retained while your account is active.
  • If your account is inactive for 24 months, we may archive or delete the data.
  • Uploaded documents (lab reports, images) are retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months, to support historical comparison.
  • If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except for a minimal consent record we retain for 3 years to show that you agreed to this Policy.
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your data — we will send you a copy within 30 days.
  • Correct inaccuracies — let us know what is wrong and we will update it.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time — once you withdraw, we stop processing and either delete or de-identify your data. Note that once you withdraw, we can no longer provide the Services.
  • Portability — if you want your data in a machine-readable format (for example, to take to another service), we will provide it as a JSON export.
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. Send us the nomination details and we will record them.

Send requests to privacy@fyxlife.com. We will acknowledge within 7 business days and complete within 30 days. For security, we may ask you to confirm your request from your registered email or chat-platform account before acting on it.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Restricted access for authorized personnel only
  • Audit logging for administrative access
  • Written confidentiality obligations for all employees, contractors, and advisors

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risks and respond promptly to issues.

8. Health Data Safety

Because Fyxlife processes sensitive health information, we implement additional safeguards:

  • Health data is processed only for the purposes described in this Policy.
  • Medical reports and wearable data are stored securely and accessed only when necessary.
  • Licensed health and wellness professionals may review sample outputs for accuracy or deliver consultations you request, bound by professional confidentiality (see Section 4.2).
  • Administrative access to user data is restricted to named team members, logged, and limited to what is needed for operating the Services.
  • Users control what health information they choose to share.
  • No clinical diagnosis or emergency monitoring is performed using user data.

These measures support compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any change.

Minor changes (such as clarifications, structural improvements, typos, or reorganization of information already covered) take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

Material changes — such as new categories of personal data, new purposes of use, or changes that reduce your rights — will be notified to you in advance by email, in-app notice, or a message on one of our chat platforms, with a reasonable opportunity to review before they take effect.

10. Jurisdictional Scope During Public Beta

Fyxlife is currently offered only to residents of Singapore and select Asia-Pacific countries. We do not knowingly accept users from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States during this phase. If you are in one of those regions, please do not use the Services until we formally expand there.

11. Data Protection / Grievance Officer

For all data protection questions, complaints, or to exercise your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, contact our Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer at privacy@fyxlife.com. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, Singapore residents may raise a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore. Indian residents may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
